Throughout his 19 years in the mortgage industry Kevin has been a Credit Manager, a Branch Manager, and a Private Mortgage Banker. He has extensive knowledge in new construction loans and bridge lending. Kevin excels at making first-time homebuyers feel comfortable with the home buying process. He believes in providing his clients with as much information as they need to feel empowered to make a buying decision that is best for them and their families. He partners with his clients from start to finish to ensure a stress free, enjoyable experience.
Kevin was raised in Auburn, NE and got his start in sales in the fourth grade delivering afternoon newspapers door to door. He attended Auburn Senior High School and then attended Peru State College where he was a two-sport letter winner in basketball and baseball. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
When he is not working with clients, he enjoys spending time on the open road on his 2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide. Kevin also enjoys visits to Paso Robles, CA for yearly fall wine tastings.
He currently lives in Omaha with his wife and daughter.
